Armed Robber Holds Up Local Personal Care HomeState police are investigating the armed robbery of a personal care home in New Stanton.  The incident happened sometime before 5 p.m. at George's Personal Care Home on Water Street. KDKA's Alison Morris reports the robber broke in the front door of the facility where about 15 people live and demanded medication.
